Is there parking available?

Yes! Our community is equipped with a 2-story parking garage.

Yes! Your guests may park in our garage for $10 per day with a parking permit.

Our parking fees are $245 for single parking, $345 for Ev parking & $415 for tandem (2-car) parking.

24 hour gym, Community clubroom, Amazon hub, Bicycle storage, Pet wash station, Clothing donation bin, 2-courtyards, community BBQ grill & Pet run area.

Yes! Breed restrictions apply.
Pet deposit is 25% of homes base rent & monthly pet rent is $50 per pet.
Yes! Located on the lower floor of our garage at no additional cost.
Yes! units are 5ft by 3ft and may be reserved for $65 per month.
No! We are a non-smoking community.

Application Process

What are the application criteria?
Applicants would need to make at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Applications can take less than 2 hours or up to 2 business days but can vary depending on individual screening.
We do not, but we work with Aboda rentals representatives who offer short or long term furnished rentals.
A 6-month lease is the shortest we offer.
To hold an apartment, we must receive both an application ($55 Fee) and a holding deposit ($500). We can begin your lease up to 14-days from the availability of the apartment!

Resident Life

Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?
Yes please! We have a trash room on every floor with a chute for trash. Recycling & Compost will need to be brought to the appropriate bins in the garage.
We will set up your main utility accounts on your behalf. Water, sewer, garbage are billed through Utility management and paid via our resident portal. Electricity is paid directly to Seattle City Light.
Guests are allowed & are the full responsibility of the hosting resident.
Yes! We have an on-site maintenance team Mon-Fri
You may submit any/all requests via our resident portal 24 hours a day.
Visit our team in the office during office hours and we will assist you. After hours, emergency lockout services are available.
Yes, we require an active renter’s insurance policy with all home leasee’s & occupants listed under “insured”. The price depends on your policy and must have a minimum of $100,000 for personal liability coverage.
Rent can be paid through the resident portal (ACH or credit/debit for a fee) or by check.
